Position Overview:
We are specifically hiring for part-time roles, particularly during weekends. The Room Attendant will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and supply of guest rooms within a designated area.

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant rooms for new guests, and maintain occupied rooms to a high standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities include cleaning lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, windows, and floors.
  • Restock essential supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Maintain guest rooms in a tidy condition as needed.
  • Participate in the hotel's general cleaning program by changing linens and other bedding materials as per schedule.
  • Complete daily room assignments efficiently.
  • Assist with carpet care by spot cleaning as necessary.
  • Keep housekeeping carts organized and stocked.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in other hotel areas, including staff lounges and back-of-house spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and service as outlined in the company's guidelines.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
