Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor at Mesa Moving & Storage is responsible for overseeing the loading, unloading, and organization of warehouse operations. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining effective communication with management, and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory control.
  • Lead warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the General Manager regarding operational issues and workflow.
  • Perform both Warehouse Supervisor and Customer Service duties as needed.
  • Execute all responsibilities associated with the Warehouse Supervisor role within the Extensiv 3PL Manager system.
  • Assess the productivity and performance of warehouse staff to guarantee the successful execution of services.
  • Ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the company and clients are met with a success rate of 95%.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and workspaces.
  • Provide weekly reports on warehouse capacity levels.
  • Update the Converge system as required.
  • Complete monthly safety documentation.
  • Engage with clients and suppliers as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of inventory management.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Forklift operation experience (in-house training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift weights exceeding 40 pounds.
  • Capability to remain on feet for extended periods, exceeding 4 hours.
  • Ability to crouch, twist, and reach overhead as necessary.
