Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Advancedbits Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the office, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our office staff, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring that all necessary information is shared.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using sound judgment and discretion.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our office staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Workforce Now, Concur, QuickBooks Accounting, and other relevant software.

  • Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities, exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views, gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to building a positive team spirit, puts success of team above own interests, able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives, and supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds.
  • This is an in-office position 5 days a week.
