    • Review and manage patient documents, including faxes and electronic records.
    • Scan and index paper-based patient documents, as well as electronic documents sourced from outside the Electronic Health Records Systems' ecosystems.
    Requirements
    • A high school diploma and five years of appropriate experience.
    • Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
