About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient closing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify all necessary documents and paperwork
  • Work with lenders and underwriters to ensure timely funding and closing
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including agents, attorneys, and lenders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agents, buyers, and sellers

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of escrow experience, both front- and back-end
  • Notary public and escrow officer licenses
  • Technical knowledge of the closing process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
