Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrator to join our luxury real estate office team. As the first point of contact, you will provide a warm welcome to visitors and support the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and mail.
  • Support the executive team with administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Engage in daily office functions such as planning meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
