We are on the lookout for a Sales Coordinator to enhance our Brokerage Operations team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our commercial real estate brokerage professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations:
  • Collect and analyze market research data to develop client deliverables, including market surveys and competitive analyses.
  • Prepare essential deal documentation such as Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, and leasing status reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and update the company’s Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to effectively track client interactions and deal progress.
Marketing:
  • Oversee and update all property listings across various platforms.
  • Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Assist in organizing industry events and client functions.
General Duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, greeting clients, and managing office logistics.
  • Provide IT support for brokers and assist with travel arrangements as necessary.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supporting professionals within the commercial real estate sector or similar fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adapting to new software platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop.
Preferred:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a positive mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
