Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of our properties, ensuring stable occupancy and meeting budgeted financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or similar designation preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong judgment
