This is a hybrid role, where you will work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including preparing materials and information for meetings, events, and travel.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel for supported executives and their teams.
- Office Operations: Coordinate logistics for tasks related to the operation of our office sites in San Francisco and Daly City.
- Communication: Respond effectively to inbound phone calls and emails, prioritizing and scheduling responses and follow-up meetings for supported executives.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and alternative duties as assigned, including temporary support to other departments or executives as needed.
- Flexibility: Ability to attend occasional evening meetings.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to and between onsite commitments.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) preferred but not required.
- Experience: Experience in an administrative and/or operational setting, with a focus on coordinating meetings and events.
- Confidentiality: Previous experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information required.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, utilizing all resources available while staying within the boundaries of duties.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with the ability to creatively solve problems.
