About the Role:

The Business Development Director is a key member of our team at Behavioral Health System, Inc. responsible for driving sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives within our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve desired utilization of our continuum of care.
  • Participate in the Account Management system, assessing customer needs and making required marketing contacts to develop and maintain long-term referral relationships.
  • Plan events, provide tours, and perform referral source in-services to promote our services.
  • Act as a liaison between referral sources and our hospital, seeking out new business development opportunities.
