Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued clients. Your expertise in sales and business development will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, while collaborating closely with our local and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate high-quality targets using our sales process
- Meet key performance metrics and goals on a weekly/monthly and annual basis
- Develop and present customized advertising solutions to clients
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and revenue gaps using Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date with market intelligence and general business acumen
- Cultivate relationships within the business community through consistent networking and attendance at industry events
- Embody a coachable mindset and take an active role in training and development
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
