Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lakeview Center. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to assigned staff members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including weighing and metering mail to ensure accurate postage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs and adhere to Lakeview Center's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Two (2) years related experience.
  • Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
