Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all service divisions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence
  • Organize meetings and maintain schedules
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and events
  • Compose and distribute internal communications
  • Conduct data entry and maintain filing systems
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Must be located in the designated area, primarily working on-site
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Ability to adapt to varying work hours
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative systems
