User Account Management Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Account Management Specialist to join our team at Zillion Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and administration of user accounts across various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage user accounts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Administer access rights to ensure users have appropriate access levels to perform their job functions while maintaining security protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits of user accounts and access levels to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide first-line support for user account-related issues and troubleshoot access problems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to user account management processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the access management team and other teams to identify and implement improvements in user account management processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective research, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective skill following, interpreting, and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices, and regulations.
  • Effective skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
