Job Description:

As a Desktop Support Specialist at KT Consulting, you will play a critical role in providing first-line technical support to our customers. Under close supervision, you will perform technical support tasks, including troubleshooting, software distribution, and documentation. You will work closely with higher-level technicians to resolve complex issues and provide support to users in navigating software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software
  • Distribute software and documentation to customers
  • Work with higher-level technicians to resolve complex issues
  • Provide support to users in navigating software applications

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer concepts and hardware
  • Experience working in a military healthcare environment (desired)

Training and Development:

  • Virtual Classroom Training: CHCS Applications, AHLTA System Administration
  • Technical IA Training: A+ Certification
  • MTF Specific Training; HIPPA / Privacy Act Training
