Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for both Tier I and Tier II issues, ensuring the seamless operation of essential systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Tier I and Tier II issues
  • Analyze system data to identify and diagnose complex technical issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and agency management to escalate and communicate the status of issues
  • Utilize technical manuals and engineering documents to optimize system performance
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system health and reduce downtime
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of operating systems such as Solaris, AIX, Red Hat, and Microsoft Windows
  • Experience with system health monitoring, problem documentation, and remote technical support
  • Familiarity with VMware, SharePoint, Citrix, and advanced shell scripting languages
  • Tier I and Tier II experience in incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
