Key Responsibilities:
As an experienced I&C Engineer, you will:
1. Lead and support various I&C project scopes.
2. Develop and document detailed scopes of work.
3. Understand and ensure project success criteria align with client expectations.
4. Develop and monitor project budgets.
5. Identify and communicate any changes to the scope of work.
6. Address and respond to client issues effectively.
7. Ensure value delivery to clients and foster trust.
8. Possess knowledge of both front-end and detailed engineering processes.
9. Review and manage all project deliverables.
10. Document and communicate any changes to project scope.

Your Ideal Background:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for adding value through engineering expertise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A B.S. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project engineering and management, particularly within EPC or engineering firms.
- Experience as an I&C lead engineer on significant capital projects from initial studies through to detailed design, construction support, and start-up phases.
- Proficiency in control systems design, particularly with DCS and PLC systems.
- A proven track record of overseeing project execution to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate positive client relationships.
- The ability to coordinate and supervise project implementation, manage costs, and monitor project quality.
