Bilingual Sales and Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in sales and customer support for our esteemed Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Spanish and English, demonstrating effective communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. A genuine passion for helping others and enhancing the customer experience is essential. Previous sales experience is not mandatory, as we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary product knowledge.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion of two years of post-secondary education or equivalent customer service experience.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in customer service or a related field, showcasing the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, manage pressure, and adapt swiftly to changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to navigate multiple computer and phone systems while maintaining speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail.
