Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and upbeat bilingual Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at KCK Enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning items, handling cash, creating quotes, taking credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service to all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
  • Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions using our point of sale system.
  • Count and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
  • Create quotes and sales orders.
  • Follow through on the quotes provided to customers to complete the sale.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of cashier or sales experience required, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
