  • Prioritize and Optimize: Focus on critical Brand Category Strategic Plans (BCSPs) using data tools to measure success and analyze progress.
  • Organize and Lead: Set clear priorities for yourself and project teams, ensuring effective communication and facilitating project milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: In a similar role with experience in large new business development projects.
  • Tech Savvy: High comfort with technology and systems, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with all levels of the organization.
  • Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialized Degree: An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
  • Financial Savvy: Experience with budgeting, planning, or financial analysis.
