- 2+ Years of Experience: In a similar role with experience in large new business development projects.
- Tech Savvy: High comfort with technology and systems, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with all levels of the organization.
- Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Specialized Degree: An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Industry Insight: Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
- Financial Savvy: Experience with budgeting, planning, or financial analysis.
