Job Description

The Chief Brand Experience Officer will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the Greater Louisville region as a great place to live, work, and play. This includes managing a team of marketing professionals to support talent attraction and workforce development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and branding, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Greater Louisville region as a desirable place to live and work.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to support workforce development initiatives and talent attraction efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with GLI's mission and goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including local businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and management, with a focus on branding and marketing strategy. You must also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
