Job Description

As a Combat Engineer with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring mission success by providing essential support to your fellow Soldiers in unpredictable environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build bridges, roadways, and defensive positions
  • Place and detonate explosives for demolition and mine clearance
  • Conduct route clearance operations to ensure safe passage
Required Skills
  • Basic demolitions and explosive hazards training
  • Constructing wire obstacles and fixed bridge building
  • Operating heavy equipment and performing strenuous physical activities
