Client Relations Specialist

SS&C Technologies is seeking a skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model. As a key member of our Client Support team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the resolution of client-reported issues, service requests, and operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues
- Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue
- Work with programmers to troubleshoot potential system defects/limitations
- Communicate complex concepts in client-friendly language
- Provide 24x7 Production Support to retirement plan clients
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams on system needs
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
- Knowledge of retirement plan industry is preferred
- Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity and the desire to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus
