Position Overview

The Client Services Representative plays a crucial role in fostering positive interactions with both internal and external clients at American Century. This position is responsible for executing a variety of complex client requests, including the establishment of accounts across multiple registration types and managing both financial and non-financial transactions. The role includes an extensive training period of up to 12 weeks, focusing on mastering intricate transactions, with performance evaluations conducted throughout the tenure in this position.

  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and written correspondence.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or some college experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and work experience).
  • Prior experience in client service roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and research solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications and programs simultaneously.
