Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Specialist who is self-motivated and results-driven. This position focuses on achieving weekly objectives while enhancing the relationship between our clients and the company.

The ideal candidate will assist customers in maintaining their payment agreements, facilitating product ownership, and boosting overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in roles such as sales representative, account executive, or collections is advantageous for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and create opportunities for renewing customer agreements
  • Proactively contact customers whose agreements have lapsed
  • Exhibit diligence, urgency, and fairness in managing accounts
  • Reach out to references for expired accounts
  • Coordinate voluntary returns of merchandise
  • Conduct field collections and deinstallations
  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills
  • Utilize computer systems effectively
  • Achieve a target of 25 calls per hour
Additional Requirements
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Pass a drug screening and background check
  • Flexible availability for work hours
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
