We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team at SS&C. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with other teammates to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Client Analysis: Spend time getting to know our client's business and individual system needs, gathering and documenting requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Act in a consultative manner by offering creative solutions, and proactively identifying opportunities where we can deliver even greater value for our customers through our platform.
- Issue Resolution: Pinpoint the root cause of problems, provide solutions, and own the solution from start to finish, applying strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues.
- Communication: Communicate complex concepts in client-friendly language, developing an understanding of financial technology and how our investment products play a critical role in the market place.
- Team Collaboration: Build trust and transparency with your clients and team members to strengthen the relationship they have to the business, showing a strong desire to work with others to solve internal issues and client problems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of client-facing work-related experience required.
- Skills: Proficiency in use of tools such as word processing, JIRA, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills, ability to analyze data and take action.
- Personal Qualities: Career-oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual, ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, efficient time management with strong organizational skills, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.
