Position Overview:
The Customer Success Specialist at Teleo Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of our innovative technology in the construction and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the implementation and ongoing use of our autonomous robotics solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to enhance product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Managing customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from installation to ongoing support and optimization.
  • Conducting site visits to understand client needs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Communicating client feedback and operational insights to internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Training client personnel on the safe operation of Teleo-enabled equipment and identifying any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A background in industrial sectors such as construction or equipment operation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including account management or support.
  • Proficiency in using computers for communication and documentation.
  • The ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:

  • Experience with heavy machinery operation.
  • A passion for technology and robotics.
  • Understanding of electrical systems and computer systems.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment:
This role requires spending significant time at client locations, often outdoors, and may involve working in various weather conditions. Safety is paramount, and adherence to safety guidelines is expected at all times.
