Position: Retail Sales Associate (Full Time)

Ideal Candidate:


We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who can thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, where a dedicated team of brand advocates is encouraged to provide exceptional engagement with every customer.

The Retail Sales Associate will engage directly with consumers, offering a distinctive educational journey within the wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate Therabody's core values and brand ethos to all customers.
  • Foster an outstanding customer experience while promoting a welcoming and efficient retail space.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Therabody products while interacting with customers.
  • Participate in promotional events outside the retail environment when necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily operations, including inventory restocking, store cleanliness, phone inquiries, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry.
  • A proactive learner with a passion for assisting others.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
  • Capability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Willingness to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current certification from ACSM, NASM, ACE, or a relevant degree (e.g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science).

Compensation:
USD / hour
