Role Description:
The School of Medicine is in need of a Customer Service Specialist to support the Neurosurgery department by managing a busy clinical phone line, relaying messages to the clinical team, and triaging calls as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center environment within a clinic or hospital is preferred.
- Proficient in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Capable of producing accurate and thorough work independently while maintaining high quality.
