About the Role

The Broker Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in developing and implementing a regional broker strategy to drive business growth for TriNet Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a regional broker strategy to grow TriNet's business

  • Target prospective brokers to add to TriNet's referral partner network
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal support teams

  • Develop trust-based relationships with principal customer sponsors to promote business growth
  • Generate pipeline to drive closed revenue and quota attainment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of sales and/or account relationship management experience in consultative sales
  • 2+ years of experience in TriNet Sales as a top performer

Work Environment

TriNet Group offers a clean, pleasant, and comfortable work environment. This role may be considered remote and requires reliable and consistent internet service.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $85,500 to $205,200. Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet's commission plan. Additionally, TriNet offers a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(K) savings plan, an employee stock purchase plan, and a comprehensive leave program.
