The Director of Accountability and Reporting plays a pivotal role in shaping the district's reporting plan, ensuring alignment with state and federal accountability systems, superintendent evaluation metrics, and district-wide publications. This position oversees a team of staff members, including CTM and Coordinators, to provide timely and accurate data for informed decision-making. The Director champions evidence-based best practices, fostering collaboration among district and campus administrators to enhance student outcomes, district performance, and state and federal accountability performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the district's reporting plan, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee the work of multiple staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate data
- Collaborate with district and campus administrators to promote evidence-based best practices and improve student outcomes
- Work closely with departments to identify and escalate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure district-wide adherence to district, state, and federal guidelines
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a similar industry or organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including district and campus administrators, staff, and community members
