Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive at Basys

Basys, a leader in providing direct credit and debit card processing solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Development Executive to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in nurturing client relationships and possess a solid background in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze merchant statements to identify client requirements and propose appropriate services.
  • Engage potential clients through calls and face-to-face meetings to present our offerings.
  • Promote credit and debit card services along with processing equipment.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Generate leads from diverse sources.
  • Provide insights to clients regarding market trends.
  • Assess contracts for profitability and viability.

Additional Duties:

  • Establish and sustain positive relationships with clients.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks to management.
  • Work to retain accounts that may be dissatisfied.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales and client relationship management is essential.
  • Excellent communication abilities are required.
  • Experience in a service-oriented business is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
