Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive at Basys
Basys, a leader in providing direct credit and debit card processing solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Development Executive to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in nurturing client relationships and possess a solid background in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze merchant statements to identify client requirements and propose appropriate services.
- Engage potential clients through calls and face-to-face meetings to present our offerings.
- Promote credit and debit card services along with processing equipment.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Generate leads from diverse sources.
- Provide insights to clients regarding market trends.
- Assess contracts for profitability and viability.
Additional Duties:
- Establish and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Identify and communicate potential risks to management.
- Work to retain accounts that may be dissatisfied.
- Assist in marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in sales and client relationship management is essential.
- Excellent communication abilities are required.
- Experience in a service-oriented business is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
