Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Silvercrest Senior Residences in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities
  • Perform office and reception functions, including answering telephones, greeting residents and visitors, and maintaining files and filing systems.
  • Support the Property Manager in day-to-day administrative duties, such as responding to resident inquiries and maintaining records.
  • Answer basic resident applicant questions and provide assistance to tenants, family members, caregivers, medical personnel, vendors, and guests.
  • Multi-task a high volume desk and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Access and utilize internal software to submit work orders and print and distribute notices for facility repairs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and summarize data for reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
