Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Silvercrest Senior Residences. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors, while maintaining the day-to-day administrative functions of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to resident inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with various requests and provide information about our facility and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records, including resident information and facility maintenance requests
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events, as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer
