Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at Stand Together. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and implementing engaging and effective strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of client deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to leverage project management best practices and tools to oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Drive the project plan for executing large-scale communications and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, handling multiple project revisions, and meeting deadlines.
  • Quality and Results: Consistently deliver high-quality products that meet client objectives and drive results consistent with customer standards, brand guidelines, and vision.
  • Logistics and Operations: Aid in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage partner and vendor relationships, as well as program budgets.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Manage time wisely and prioritize workload in a creative environment where interruptions are common and adaptability is required.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Experience: 4+ years of project management experience working with various types of stakeholders and a variety of teams, such as creative, development, and production.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proven ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Vendor and agency management experience.
  • Feedback and Development: Give and receive feedback respectfully to develop the most compelling products.
  • Project Management Software: Working knowledge and experience with project management software (Workfront, Asana, etc.), project management methodologies, and software and creative development lifecycle.
