About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Ascensia Diabetes Care Holdings AG. As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the diabetes care market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to exceed sales quota attainment and align with senior leadership on strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, IDNs, group practices, and other key stakeholders to promote Eversense, our innovative continuous glucose monitoring system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare).
  • Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience with current group practice (GP) and KOL sales account management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience.
  • Strategic account experience and demonstrated willingness/ability to learn managed care.
  • Direct patient contact selling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyze data and situations, identify opportunities and threats, and develop and implement appropriate solutions to meet both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%.
