Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new small commercial accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product distribution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales and delivery experience
  • Strong face-to-face sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in different types of weather
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds
What We Offer:
  • Starting base salary: $75,000 plus uncapped commission potential
