As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve volume growth, market share, and proper brand/SKU representation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and provide unconstrained shipment forecasts to supply planning/operations.
- Manage and maintain forecast models and tools.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, communicating findings and recommended actions to the teams.
- Participate as an active team member on the brand team(s) for responsible brands.
- Develop and manage key data that impacts the forecast, including historical data, new product projections, promotional lifts, customer/channel-specific trends, etc.
- Sales experience and high school diploma required.
- Good verbal communication skills, organizational time management, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work long hours merchandising and drive short and/or long distances.
- Reports to: Area, District, or Business Manager.
- Directly supervises: Seasonal Sales Merchandiser(s) in high volume territories.
