Role Summary:

As an Intake Specialist, you will be essential in encouraging potential clients to utilize our transformative legal services. You will ensure that every prospective client experiences a supportive and seamless journey from their first contact through to case onboarding.

Your main duties will involve providing exceptional hospitality, welcoming clients during their initial inquiries, and building trust through knowledgeable and empathetic responses related to immigration law.

Additionally, you will be trained to conduct thorough client screenings, follow up via phone and email, schedule appointments, collect personal information and documentation, consult with the Managing Attorney on case strategies, and onboard clients with compassion and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual case intakes with prospective clients to determine optimal case strategies, under the guidance of the Managing Attorney.
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Approach each client’s unique experiences with respect and curiosity.
  • Document client interactions meticulously.
  • Facilitate contract signings with prospective clients.
  • Engage in team meetings focused on sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work in the office five days a week.
  • Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated success in customer service and sales roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
