Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled transactional and privacy attorney to join our esteemed Legal team as a Corporate Legal Advisor. This role will report to the General Counsel and will play a pivotal part in supporting the North American branches of the organization. The position provides a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of legal issues, including intellectual property and marketing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging in the negotiation, drafting, and evaluation of commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Establishing and managing a data protection and privacy compliance framework.
  • Providing expert advice on privacy legislation and regulatory standards.
  • Offering legal counsel on various issues and their implications.
  • Conducting research on legal matters affecting the organization.
  • Delivering training sessions on legal subjects.
  • Collaborating with corporate and international legal teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious ABA accredited law institution.
  • Authorized to practice law in one or more jurisdictions.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, data privacy, and e-commerce.
  • Experience within a consumer products or cosmetics organization is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
