Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Business Development and Growth to join our team at Nissha Medical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales and business development initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing management principles, best practices, and value pricing
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
