Job Overview

Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and product adoption across various product segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Identification and Development: Identify and develop target accounts for each product segment, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Communicate with current and prospective customers through sales activities, providing technical assistance and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products.
  • Product Knowledge and Support: Ensure a deep understanding of our products and provide technical support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Funnel Growth and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to grow the sales funnel, focusing on each product line assigned to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and product adoption.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical mindset and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.
