Position Overview

Schedule: Full-Time

The Senior Manager of Strategic Advisory will lead a dynamic team with extensive industry knowledge. This individual will play a vital role in an advisory group that collaborates with enterprise and business segment leaders to assess and guide strategies for impactful initiatives and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive the firm's growth.
  • Provide consultative support to assist executive leadership in achieving long-term strategic goals.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and workshops with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress against established short, medium, and long-term strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of significant strategic issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Communicate strategic priorities and execution plans through presentations and written reports.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform business forecasts.
  • Lead a team dedicated to strategy formulation and competitive insights.
  • Support the development of the organization's vision, mission, and long-term strategy alongside senior management.

Immediate Impact Projects:

The Strategic Advisory team aims to provide industry insights and strategic perspectives on key enterprise projects prioritized by senior leadership. The focus is on delivering exceptional value for clients, colleagues, and communities through collaboration with various business segments and functional teams.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is determined by national data, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors:

Minimum Salary: $136,571
Maximum Salary: $232,541

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Analytics are preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience, particularly in analytical or core strategy roles within financial services.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in management consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of the brokerage industry.
