Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Global Client Relations will oversee the management of both national and international client partnerships, with a focus on cultivating National Account Directors and Managers. This role emphasizes the development of strategies aimed at achieving operational excellence and driving revenue growth across targeted customer segments. The VP will be instrumental in maximizing service utilization and enhancing budgetary performance through advanced negotiation techniques.

The position is dedicated to generating demand for SBM's offerings by assessing, tracking, and quantifying the business value delivered to clients. The focus will be on National and Global enterprises with multiple operational sites. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President or Chief Operating Officer and supervises various Account Leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully execute essential duties while adhering to safety protocols; additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
  • Engage with pivotal clients to foster and sustain existing relationships.
  • Negotiate effectively, leveraging expertise to finalize agreements and establish robust connections with new clients.
  • Collaborate with Key National and Global Customers and Consultant groups, emphasizing the advantages of partnering with SBM.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in operational management and client communications, including conducting successful Business Reviews.
  • Support the formulation of strategic initiatives across various service lines, including GMP, Janitorial, Landscaping, and other soft service programs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the leadership team to report on the status, development, and growth of SBM's core business.
  • Conduct periodic visits to key markets to assess operations and local conditions while promoting SBM's core values, including safety and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor National Account Directors and Managers to enhance their client relationships.
  • Monitor industry competition and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments to align initiatives with key performance metrics.
  • Innovate approaches to generate new business opportunities in partnership with the Business Development Director, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Design and communicate strategic plans for overall company growth and success.
  • Analyze sales data from CRM systems to develop strategic growth initiatives and communicate findings to the Chief Operations Officer.
  • This position requires travel.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or five to seven years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing applications is essential.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, and technical documents.
  • Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Capability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and the public.
Compensation: Starting at $180,000 annuallyShift: TBD
