About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express. This individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and cash handling
- Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
