Senior Team Lead, Customer Experience

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Contact Center Operations & Strategy who is energized by working with a high-caliber team and making a material difference in the lives of millions.
You will lead our insurance operations team, setting ambitious goals, driving execution, and maintaining a culture of high performance.
Responsibilities- Manage onshore & offshore teams (~50 insurance agents) to elevate customer experience and ensure efficient operations.
- Partner with our automation and app teams to contribute to automation goals and improve chatbot and voicebot performance.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including front-line employees and senior executives.
**Salary:** Estimated annual salary range is $160,000 - $240,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
**Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a contact center or similar environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
