Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Lead. This role will be responsible for leading a team of associates in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and lead by example, setting the standard for all associates to follow.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of associates to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to increase sales, and implement plans to drive results.
  • Candidate Selection and Development: Participate in the selection and development of new candidates, ensuring they possess the skills and qualities required to excel in this role.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the store management team to ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role; strong understanding of customer behavior, sales techniques, and team management principles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
