Pompano Beach, Florida, United States KW Property Management & Consulting Full time

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. As a key liaison between the client and KW Property Management & Consulting services, you will be responsible for projecting a professional image while providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily operations and administrative duties following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform various tasks including record keeping, filing, mail collection and distribution, word processing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain and update account information in computer databases.
  • Research owner discrepancies regarding payments to accounts.
  • Coordinate important dates and meetings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to emails and phone calls, managing office supplies, and coordinating conference room events.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a related position or at least 1 year of experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer software and programs, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work in a team environment.
