Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized filing system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have prior experience in an administrative role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
  • Create and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar.
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Contribute to company reports.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position.
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
