Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to join our team at Nature's Experts. As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in horticulture and excellent customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include supporting our Operations Manager and Controller, staying informed of all field activities, maintaining files and tracking documents, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining project accounting, including tracking change orders and posting purchase orders. In addition, you should be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Aspire, with strong computer skills and excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Controller
- Stay informed of all field activities
- Maintain accurate records and track documents
- Process invoices and payments efficiently
- Ensure timely posting of purchase orders and change orders
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
- Strong background in horticulture or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Aspire
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on experience. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K plan as part of our benefits package.
